Because our papers are delivered instantly, the usual 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply once your files are supplied — you agree to this at checkout. But if you've bought the wrong paper by mistake, or it isn't what the product page described, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with an exchange, credit or refund. Faulty files are always fixed or refunded, whatever the timing.
